Why are there no self-signup plans?+
Because farms aren't all the same. A 30-head smallholding and a 3,000-head commercial dairy don't need the same setup — and shouldn't pay the same. We talk to you first and set up your farm account with you. The price itself is the same for every farm: $5 per animal per year.
Is there a free trial?+
There is no self-service free trial. Our team sets up your farm account after a short call, and demo access is available on request if you'd like to look around first. Request access.
Is there a minimum contract?+
Monthly, no lock-in. If a season goes quiet, you can pause. We'd rather have you back next year than hold you now.
What's included in every package?+
Every core module — milk, health, breeding, feed, stock, accounts, HR and reports. Staff logins with per-module access (5 included, more on request). Priority WhatsApp support. A real onboarder, not a helpdesk bot.
Do you charge per animal?+
Yes: $5 per animal per year (about $0.42 per animal per month), with every core module included. No seat fees and no per-module charges. Very large herds can ask us about a flat monthly rate.
Is there a setup fee?+
Only if we're migrating extensive historical records (multiple years of spreadsheets, hand-ledgers, etc.). For most farms, onboarding is included in the monthly.
Can I change my package later?+
Yes. Farms grow, change, shrink. Call us whenever — we'll re-quote based on what you need next.
